1. Cleaning of concrete base surface

Construction is carried out after the strength of the concrete reaches the strength required by the design; first, undesirable attachments on the surface, such as gravel, debris, oil stains, loose layers, mortar, etc., are removed. After the cleaning is completed, the floating dust on the surface is blown away with a powerful hair dryer, and then the structural surface is washed with high-pressure water to ensure that the structural surface is free of debris. The yin and yang corners and positions should be strengthened to ensure cleanliness.

2. Acceptance of base surface treatment

After the cleaning is completed and the water has dried, the project management personnel of the construction unit will conduct an inspection. After passing the self-inspection, it will be reported to the supervisor for acceptance.

3. Spray waterproof coating

Paint construction should follow the principles of even application and consistent thickness, so as to achieve "thin, uniform, and uniform". The spraying process is carried out in three times. The interval between each painting is about 1-2 hours (depending on the weather conditions at the time), and the material used in each coat is not less than 500g/m2. The spraying should be carried out with the wind, and the areas that are not sprayed evenly should be painted evenly with a brown brush. . Generally, the nozzle should be sprayed vertically 50-60cm away from the spraying surface, and its height can also be adjusted appropriately according to the wind direction. The specific materials used are subject to the design technical requirements. Spray repeatedly until the required thickness is reached.
